About the club

We've been in the BDSM scene for many years and revealed ourselves to the outside world over a decade ago. This allows us to now be of assistance to our guests in many ways. First and foremost, of course, as landlords of these truly wonderful, unique vacation apartments, located in the heart of North Rhine-Westphalia - the Ruhr region. We have operated the BDSM online shop www.blacksurprise.de since 2004 and handed it over to our successors in July 2023. The shop is currently closed but will reopen in the fourth quarter of 2024 after a complete redesign. Arrive - feel good - enjoy. For our guests, these aren't just nice words. You arrive in one of the two SM apartments, designed with great attention to detail. Then you can take in the atmosphere, giving pleasure, play, and pain the space and time they need, in a relaxed and free manner. We are constantly improving and beautifying our holiday homes for you.
